1. Blank grinding: Hand grinding with 180-240

2. Spraying base color: uniform spraying with colorant reference to the color plate, drying for 5-10 minutes.

3. Closed bottom: Thin spraying with CJ-104 sealed bottom, evenly spraying a "ten" word, the main purpose is to prevent subsidence and facilitate uniform coloring, drying for 3-4 hours.

4. Grinding: After the primer is thoroughly dried, hand-grinding with 320-400_sandpaper

5. Wipe Grace: Use fine cloth or brush to coat the end texture to fill the catheter, wipe evenly and clean, to keep the color consistent, dry for 3-4 hours.

6. Spraying primer: spraying CJ-107 (PU super clear transparent primer), spraying two "ten" words evenly, drying for 4-6 hours, here is mainly to protect the primer colorant, increase the film thickness and smooth surface.

7. Spray the primer again: Spray CJ-107 again, spray one and a half "ten" words evenly, dry for 3-4 hours, mainly cover the primer completely.

8. Grinding: Hand-grinding with more than 600# sandpaper to remove surface particles.

9. Modification: Refer to the color plate, select appropriate paint, spray evenly, dry for 3-4 hours.

11. Spray primer: Spray CJ-107 (PU super clear transparent primer) once more, spray 2 "10" words evenly and dry for 3-4 hours.

12. Grinding: Hand-grinding with more than 600# sandpaper to remove surface particles, requiring a smooth surface without sand marks.

13. Spraying PU transparent topcoat: In the last step of this process, the paint film is chosen as long runner P2700-3 (PU super scratch-resistant matte varnish 3 splitting), evenly sprayed with 2-3 "10" words, and dried for 24 hours.

The process features: simple process, clear color, strong sense of hierarchy, high transparency, anti-subsidence, scratch resistance, suitable for making high-grade office furniture. During construction, attention should be paid to such factors as moisture content of base material, paint spray viscosity, humidity and temperature of construction environment.
